Yes, it seems Rush Limbaugh took the EIB logo from the European Investment Bank to use for his Excellence in Broadcasting symbol. He’s the one complaining that people rip off his material which is usually something that half of the nit wits who listen to him think up at the same time. Rush’s EIB symbol really stands for “Expertise in BS”, the one thing he is excellent in.
